Thanks for the reply, I am in a different cabinet to my neighboughs which I assume is becuase it is a new line?

Is there anything I can do?
if your cabinet, which is different to your neighbours, is not yet fibre enabled there is nothing you can do to get iopenreach to upgrade your cabinet sooner openreach will not move your current line to a different cabinet just so you can get fibre conenction - this has been covered many times on forum previously
