My order won't load on the track order page. Engineer due tomorrow? Help.
I have been waiting for broadband to be connect for nearly 4 weeks. This has been escalated and I have been told by a manager that an Engineer is due to visit tomorrow.
However my order VOL013-xxxxxxxxxxxxxx now will not load on the track order page. Originally it said 28th March (Saturday) for engineer visit. But I was assured by the manager handling my case that he/she will be visiting tomorrow due to it being expedited.
I'm confused, I can't track the progress of my order and I'm not wondering whats happening.
