My virtual reward

I’ve recently signed up for full fibre with BT and I keep getting an email to say I have a virtual reward card of £50 every time I follow the links nothing happens and I cannot claim the virtual card. Can somebody help

you need to wait until the 14 day cooling off period has passed since your activation date.  after that you can try your MYBT but if still nothing try message now to billing https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
