Firstly my BT services are running perfectly (phone, Internet and bt sport), but:
I am unable to get BT via telephone support to correct a problem with my MyBT account, when I login it has been saying:
Please bear with us ...
If you're new to My BT, your bill will be available 48 hours after you signed up etc etc
This has been happening since I first set it up.
After several attempts to fix this (over many months) now when I login it still says the above and additionally:
Looks like this account is closed. If you have other accounts, you can change the account you're looking at by selecting the drop down menu at the top right hand side of this page. etc etc
I only have one account, which is not closed and as I said is working fine, I am slowly going backwards it seems.
Is there any chance a MOD could look into this for me?
