Hi, Just got a new BT account which shows all details on My BT, however two years ago tried to change to BT from another provider without success and at that time two accounts were set up but immediately cancelled which are now redundant. Can anyone advise how to remove them from the My BT page?

The billing team at BT can do that for you, you'll need to be the account holder of all accounts and be able to validate the account, from a BT line call 150 or any other network 0800 800 150.
Richie, Thanks for that. Rang BT earlier before posting on here and the representative said there was a link in the MyBT app but could not find anything.
After your reply contacted them as you detailed and spoke to nice young lady in Billing and hey presto all seems to be sorted.
