MyBT woe

I'm moving house soon.

I already have a MyBT through which I can monitor the existing house (and also lists as an account option one i moved from 7 years ago).

I placed the order for the new house yesterday and have received all the info to my gmail email address, which is also my MyBT ID.   The engineer appointment given is inconvenient and I need to change it to avoid wasting BT's time, but when I click on the "Manage your appointment in MyBT" link, I get 

Some internal error occurred.

Sorry at this time you are not able to view any orders on this account because there are no active orders. If you believe you should be able to view an order then please: Start an online chat

... and if I click on the Online Chat link I get:

Fatal Error

Access Denied

Reason: Client address is not authorised. (

Please may someone explain how I can add my order/new account to my existing MyBT account?

If you are struggling to do it online, give them a call on 0330 1234 150. 

Monday to Friday 8am - 9pm

Weekends and bank holidays 8am - 8pm
