Thanks for the update. If you can press the issue and let them know I have completed the voucher from 3 times, and been chasing this for 6 months. I also want the vouchers posted to my parents address as the property is secure. My address is a shared mailbox

Hi @jmdc 

I tried calling you back again today.  Sorry to have missed you.

I wanted to let you know that my colleagues have processed the claim for the £100 M&S voucher and it will be with you in the next 30 days.  We have to send the voucher to the installation address, there is no way to change that I'm afraid.

Is it ok for me to go ahead and close this off now that the claim has been processed?

I appreciate you chasing but I should not be waiting 30 days after I signed up In November. Can you expedite the vouchers and have them sent out sooner.

Hi @jmdc  I understand your frustration at having to wait 30 days for the overdue voucher. I'm sorry but we are unable to expedite these requests as the vouchers are supplied by a 3rd party. Now that Robbie has got it arranged for you it will be with you within 30 days.
