Name change

Hi. I would like to know if it’s possible to add a name on my account, so it reflects on my monthly bills.

You can't change the name of the account holder, who is billed for the service.

You can add a relative or spouse to an account, so they can contact BT on your behalf, they won't be listed in the bill though.
