I fail to see how you could have contacted the moderators ten days ago when it would appear that they only opened the moderators link to you today as per message 7.
If you send a PM email, the moderators do not respond to them. You have to use the link/form.
If you have not done as requested in that message I suggest that you do. Once you have done that you will get an email conformation and number. It will say they will get back to you within 24/48 hours however as I have said, it is taking longer than that.
I was in touch with your collegues through Facebook and they sent me similar link to fill out, here is the confirmation of that edited by mod (don't post personal details). Yes I got that email confirming they will get back in maximum 72 hours! since today I have not received anything...
They are not my colleagues, I am customer just like you and all the other people on this forum. The only BT staff are the moderators.
The other form etc that you have previously sent has nothing to do with this forum. If you want help from the forum moderators you will need to fill out the form linked to in the moderators profile and they will get back to you as I have already explained.

Your previous contact with BT has nothing to do with this forum. You were dealing with a different department. If you have completed the form that you got in message 7 you will now just need to wait your turn to be given assistance.
