So I used a broadband comparison website to find BT for my new flat and through clicking a deal I should have received a M&S Voucher. I'm also sure I claimed it online too by putting my information in. I bought BT Fibre earlier around November and I still haven't received the voucher or any notification of the voucher. Is there anywhere I can check the status of it?

What date did you place your order for service, what did you order, and which comparison side did you use, as that determines the amount available?
Yes, I Googled how to redeem the BT Voucher and found the https://www.broadbandbenefits.co.uk/marksandspencers/ website you've mentioned.
I believe it was November 2nd and activated November 27th, and it's Superfast Fibre 1 Unlimited from MoneySuperMarket.

Has 45 days elapsed since you filled in the claim form?
I honestly can't remember the date I completed the form, although I'm in the time period where it could have been more than 45 days or less. I wanted to make sure and check because I've had no email, or no confirmation at any point and haven't received anything so far but its definitely been more than a month.
I am not sure if the moderators can check this, but I will ask.
