We have recently moved into a new build property and are hoping to take a phone and broadband package out with BT.
Whilst our postal code is recognised by Royal Mail, it isn't recognised by BT. Each person we have spoken to on the phone have advised that there is nothing they can do.
Can you help?

Hi @richardxxjones Sorry you are having difficulty placing an order for line and broadband with us.
Have you tried to place your order online?
If you are still unable to get an order placed then you may need to order just the phone line and once it is active add the broadband service.

@richardxxjones if you add BT broadband the line rental fees are still charged but it is rolled into the overall broadband rental costs.
