New Contract - where's my Echo?

So my wife negotiated an 18 month contract last month (we were already customers) and the chap on the phone said we would receive a free Amazon echo device (dot I think) but it never arrived neither is there any information on my dashboard about retrieving it - any help?

I could be wrong, but as far as I'm aware such incentives are only for new customers and not for renewing contracts as an existing customer.

There are gift offers for existing customers, if you do qualify it's sent automatically, within 30 days of you being outside your cooling offer period, roughly 45 days from the renwal going live, has that time passed yet ?

ah it was on the 19th June so maybe in another week?

If the order was placed on June 19th, it would go live at midnight, which is the 20th technically, your cooling off period ended on July 3rd, so that is when the 30 days starts, give it 2 weeks and then pop back if you've not recieved the code for the gift.
