I agreed a new contract with the Retentions Team in Newcastle but due to a system problem it had to be passed onto the Offline Team for system inclusion. I have chatted with the On-Line team twice now, one even saying he would call me back but still waiting. Being an OAP I am getting concerned as each day passes when I hear nothing and still waiting for official written confirmation of the new agreement. How long does it take to enter a new order onto the BT system.
Apparently the "Offline" team do not take incoming calls so I just have to sit and wait until I am contacted one way or another.
