I signed up for BT broadband on the 8th March, and my service was activated on the 23rd March. Part of my package at sign up was the inclusion of a reward card and an Amazon voucher (screenshot taken on day of order), however I cannot claim for either of them on the rewards page, or on the broadband benefits site.
It seems that this is an oversight by BT, how can I claim these rewards?

Normally ant gifts or vouchers are processed 14 days after your service was activated, but it may take a bit longer at the moment.
Did you place your order online on BT.com
Or did you place your order via a third party website?
As its a third party offer, this will have to be looked at by BT.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
Bear in mind, it will take while before they can look at your order.
