Yesterday I placed an order for BT broadband. The activation is scheduled for the end of the month, which is about three weeks time, and the Home Hub is due to arrive the day before activation. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing CV19 situation it isn't going to be easy to be there to receive the Home Hub.
Is there any way of having the Home Hub shipped to the billing address, rather than the installation address? There is no way that I can see of amending the delivery address which is shown as one of the order fields. The Home Hub is still showing as 'AWAITING DISPATCH', and is likely to for at least a couple of weeks, so there should be plenty of time to amend the delivery address.
The hub packaging allows it to fit a standard letterbox, no need to be there to receive it.
I am not confident that it will fit into the mailbox that we have at the new property, which is why I asked how to change the delivery address. Do you know if/how the delivery address can be amended?

It is a pity that the delivery address can't be specified at the time of ordering, or changed online.
