Yeah, but it does not say new recontract on option 2 only on option 3 it states in your link.
My current 18 month contratc end next mon th.
if I sign up (re contract) does this mean I am signing up for a further 18 months. if this is the case I refuse to do so - employment wise veruthingis so uncertain these days -Ive bee a loyal custoer for over 4 years now and it does P me off that BT dont move us onto the new plan
This change is going to give BT a massive more customer base now, everyone will be clambering to join BT now. I agree it is the write thing to do and is long over due but I feel sorry for others that have moved to other ISP becuase of this reason like the sky chap above comment. I am so glad I am with BT Infinity now it has just made my day!. 😉
can someone here please check their bt cloud when i look at mine on the page it states:
You currently have 2GB of BT Cloud storage included with your BT Broadband Option 3. Want more space? You can choose to take a new contract for your BT Broadband and we'll upgrade you to 50GB of BT Cloud Storage at no extra cost.
This is not crrect im on infinity option 2
I have looked at BT Cloud, mine says sorry we cannot find your usage, try later or something like that. 2GB it says now.
