Has anyone seen the 50GB cloud storage & sure that P2P is not throttle as "Live Assistance" (from India) say it's not available and is only on trial at the moment?

Re: New Totally Unlimited usage

That wasn't really my question.

Yes I know it can be ordered but with about a month leadtime for new orders it could still be on trial.

Has anyone actually seen the 50GB cloud storage on the iPhones/iPads etc.?

BTW , don't think for 1 minute I believe what I'm being told by India!

Re: New Totally Unlimited usage

I am even more confused I have just checked my account it says I have Unlimited Infinity 2 with a download speed of up to 76Mb speed check shows 36Mb (Not complaining at that) but when I check speed it says I could get an upgrade to 76Mb if I recontract which is what my account says I should already be getting. The upgrade says I should get an actual speed of 66Mb.

So no idea what speed I should get or which i am on.

There is no point in recontracting to get the same as I get now and do not use P2P.

You would still be on the old infinty package of 40/10, even though it says 76. You need to recontract if you want the faster speeds.

Then here.  The lead time for re-contracting is 5 days.

Re: New Totally Unlimited usage

I rang this number, option 1 on the phone. I spoke to some guy from the UK and he confirmed everything to me.

0800 100 400

They are shut now but ring in the morn.
