BT managed to mess up big time with our order to tranfer when we moved house. So we have had to take a complete new package for phone and brioadband, which has been activated today. We've not had any indication yet of what our new accouint number will be so we can't log in, or set up a new login, for My BT. How can we find the account number and set up a new My BT login on that account. Without that new login being set up we can't get the BT Sport downloads, etc.
