New address, new account?

Hi,

 

Yesterday I moved into a new property and the previous tenants had BT broadband which I am still accessing. How do I go about updating the account details so I am now responsible for the bill?

You will need to place a new order to take over the services that are already installed at your home. You can find some of our deals at the following page: BT Sport and Broadband Packages
