Hi @PaddyB,

 

We've had the engineer visit now and the phone line is working, but no internet. Engineer said the line tested fine and he's not sure why the internet isn't active?

 

My wife tried calling (I'm at work just now) but the person she spoke to said there was no account associated with the phone number we've been given and they couldn't help...

I have a new build. BT have told me it will take 12 weeks for broadband to be installed. Not happy! No internet access for 12 weeks.
