Getting this error when going through online process.
The new build has the box fitted, here is a pic of it:

Would rather complete online as there is £140 CB, £90 mastercard and £129 Google Home.
Anyone overcame this issue?
If you speak with the Easy Assist team they can replicate online orders but only for the tech gift and reward card, your cash back deal can't be honoured through them.
As its an FTTP installation, you may have to call the FTTP team on 0800 587 4787, as the forum moderators cannot help with these orders.
