New customer free gift, no email after 5 weeks?

I signed up for broadband with BT at the beginning of May with the free tech offer; choice between the Echo, JBL speaker or Hive lights. I relieved an email after I went live on the 16th May stating I’d receive a choice of my free gift after the cooling off period (14 days). It’s now 26th June and I haven’t heard anything since or received a code, is this normal? What should I do?

You should have received the email link 30 days after your service was activated.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post!

Sorry that you haven't heard any word about your free gift.  @Keith_Beddoe is right, the May offer can take 30 days before you receive the email with the code to claim.  I appreciate the acknowledgement email said 14 days and I am sorry for the confusion.

When were your services connected?
