I ordered a new BT broadband deal and was promised a two week wait. The actual date came back as 4 weeks - double the time!!
is this kind of tardy timekeeping normal with BT and is there any way of bringing it forward?
im still in my cancellation period so am now checking if any other suppliers can do it quicker.
