I have been offered the same price for another 24 months, is this a good deal?

I’d recommend you call the Options Team on 0800 800030 and see if they can offer any better. I’d recommend you look at some other providers pricing so you know if the deal is any good.

I meant if you called to try and get a better deal (as calling often gives a better deal than online); (even if you have no intention of switching) You can say ‘X Provider is offering the same service for X amount of money, can you match this or do similar’
In comparison to a new customer; if a new customer paid what you’re paying on BT they would get the highest 67mb average package (Fibre 2). So I would call the loyalty team.
It's the same price you were happy to accept last time, It's also cheaper than the new customer offer on Black Friday.
