New deal 24 months

I received an email about my current broadband contract which ends in June, I’m on Fibre 1 and pay £33.99

I have been offered the same price for another 24 months, is this a good deal?

Unfortunately, discussion of other providers is not allowed on here.

I’d recommend you call the Options Team on 0800 800030 and see if they can offer any better. I’d recommend you look at some other providers pricing so you know if the deal is any good.

It’s not about another provider, it’s an email from BT offering me the same price I have been paying.

Yes, I’m aware.

I meant if you called to try and get a better deal (as calling often gives a better deal than online); (even if you have no intention of switching) You can say ‘X Provider is offering the same service for X amount of money, can you match this or do similar’

In comparison to a new customer; if a new customer paid what you’re paying on BT they would get the highest 67mb average package (Fibre 2). So I would call the loyalty team.

It's the same price you were happy to accept last time, It's also cheaper than the new customer offer on Black Friday.
