Re: New or renewed contracts from the 1st September 2020

Those of us who have been with BT for tens of years know how easily thay can change T&C'S to suit themselves. To believe they won't do so again is, to say the least, naive.

Amazed at price increases

Contact due to renew mid Sept - very very difficult to get a total price from BT

Tell me it's good as Broadband is the same - or £5 less if I renew for 24 months (now Halo 1)

But

Searching call package costs - up by £11 - TV package up by £10 (for exactly the same)

So overall package up by £16 when BT tell me I can save £5 by renewing Broadband for 24mths

Package was already £20 more than the same I had been quoted  from Plusnet.....

No prizes for guessing what I will do....

Why can BT not be honest and quote a total price for all the services I have on the package - I feel like this is a very underhand practice..........
