New order problem

 
 
Hi my first order was cancel because of a technical glitch I have a second order going through at the moment.i also received my box and router today from my first order apparently there is another box on route is there anywY of stopping this.

Hi @Jon1966, I'm sorry about the problems with your order, for help with that please call 0800 800 150 and ask to speak to connections. If the order has been sent to the warehouse for dispatch it may be too late to stop it but they will be able to organise returns packing to be sent to you.
