Newbie to BT SPORT

Hi I'm hoping you can help me please, I am getting a message repeatedly saying that i need to Activate my account, anyone with any help on how to get this done would be extremely helpful. Also my account is giving me the wrong answer to my security Question how can i sort this out also.
