Very disppointed to have received no £100 voucher i was promised when I signed up for Broadband around Black Friday period.
Claim submitted but no reply whatsoever.

Have the 45 days passed since you submitted the claim
Answer: No but i am worried that my claim may not even get to BT team.
If you have not received it after 45 days, then post back here, and help can be offered.
