I recently upgraded to a Samsung A51 (from A5) and SH2, as per BT's sales promotion. If I look at MyBT account it says I have no contract, No 4G or wireless, and the SIM Manager says unknown number. Yet wifi (via SH2) and my phones all seem to be working. How can I check if my system parameters and account are set up correctly.?

I'm sorry for the confusion with your contract renewal. Are you any further forward since posting this? You should have received an order confirmation by email detailing everything that has been changed. Can you let me know please?
yes, all fixed thanks. I called the BT Helpline and they updated my details on your system. All seems to be working now.
