For the second time in the last few months our monthly bill has once again not been produced. Should be online the 8th of every month.
Anybody else experiencing problems?
This happens all the time to everyone.
If your bill is dated the 8th (today) then the online version will be there tomorrow and the PDF there the next day.
That is my experience. I never look for the bill until a few days after and never get stressed. It always turns up.
What you say is always the case for us as well, except we can always see the amount of the bill today (8th of month) then download the pdf the day after, however this month the bill amount isn't even there. Have had an online chat with billing and they say its a 'technical glitch'. Last time it happened it took a couple of days to be corrected.
