No Fitbit Charge code

Hi,
My broadband was activated on 6th November and received an e-mail informing me to expect another email within 14 days with a code to claim the Fitbit charge. So far no e-mail received, how do I get the code

Hi @Grfl,

I am sorry to hear that you haven't received it as of yet. There was a batch sent out today. Can you check your email address one more time for me to make sure it isn't in your spam or junk folders?
