No Fitbit email

Hi there,

Haven't received Fitbit code and it's now been 16 days since activation. Could this query be picked up please by a moderator?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post!

Sorry that you haven't received the code to redeem your gift.  Have you checked all the folders of the mailbox you used when you placed your order?  If you have and there is still no sign of it you can send us over your details and we'll check this for you from here.
