No Free Gift Email sent

I havent recieved the email for the free gift, I ordered BT on the 12/06/19 and it was installed on the 30/06/19.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post!

You will receive an email after the 30 days following activation with a link to order your free gift.  I'm sorry for the confusion.  If there is no word after this time feel free to post back and we will check this out for you at that stage.

Thanks for the private message @dh11.

I can see from the account that you have already been provided with the voucher code so all you need to do now is select your free gift.

Once you have  selected your free gift and you will have the option to enter the voucher code at check out to zero price the product.

Let me know if you are able to order the gift?
