No Gift Email

Our service with BT went live 5th July, yet we still have not received an email regarding the free gift as well as Amazon gift card we were promised. Is there a way to chase this up?

I am sorry to see that you haven't received the email yet. Did you receive an email from us after placing your broadband order? Have you checked your spam and trash folders to make sure the email isn't sitting in there?
