No M&S Voucher

I appear to be another person chasing up their vouchers...

I ordered my BT package and as part of the deal I was due to get a reward card and a £40 M&S voucher.
I have received the reward card but no M&S voucher. It states to wait 45 days before chasing this up.

As it has now been 65 days and still nothing - I would be grateful if you could look into this.

The vouchers are delayed due to staff shortages.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.


Please bear in mind that with the current crisis, it could take a long time for one of them to deal with your request.
