Hi Peeps has anyone experiencing like me no broadband and it’s more than 14 days since august up to now no optical access speed .
when the engineer came he had I think gone to his home for a nap and get back 5.30 he didn’t even check on my computer or tablets if any signal .
am still waiting for an operator for 3 months now get it sorted!
any suggestions?

what type of broadband had you ordered [ fibre to can and copper to hone or fibre to home. if latter did you get ONT installed by engineer?
Hiya tbh I dnt know what kinda of equipment the engineer did put in place he didn’t have any communications and also I did not get a trying signal when he was in my house.
so I thought he will come back check after 5days . And I didn’t get through to any agent long wait of waiting when you call .
I even ask for my own emailBt account with the platform didn’t get back to me!!!
btw what is a ONT Hone fibres I ask but if he put my Bt plug in all socket which I did told him was not working for 22 years but he said that he wnt drill any new socket so I didn’t feel comfortable with that he didn’t listen and that the results of my punishment!
you need an ONT if getting fibre to your home something like this
if not that then are you using the master phone socket in the wall - FTTC
