I was meant to get broadband from today(new customer) but after the engineer spent nearly 2 hours fitting everything he was unable to actually connect my broadband.
I was told someone would call me later on today but nobody has called me and it's now 10:30pm.
When can I expect to be connected as I have no broadband at all?
Has anyone else been through the same thing?
What does it say when you log into MyBT to check the progress of your order?
