Probably seen this a thousand times, but I don't know what else to do...
Recently signed up to TV & broadband package and have not received any emails about claiming the free gift on offer when I signed up
Received £30 Mastercard in post today, but no sign of contact about the gift (Xbox or Samsung tablet))
Not sure what to do next

You will receive the email 30 days after your service has been active.
You can redeem it via this page https://shop.bt.com/other-pages/bt-customer-offers/bt-broadband-august-2019-offer
assuming you placed the order in August.
My services activated on 23/08/2019 and I was informed I'd receive an email from BT after 30 days, so I could place an order for my free gift
I'm yet to receive the email
Any suggestions? (other than "Wait, you impatient git")

I have raised a query with our Gifts Team to chase up your free gift. I expect to hear back from them in the next 5 working days.

I had to ring them as emailed them relating to a gift I thought I was entitled to only to find out I was not eligible for the gift, BT are very misleading when it comes to offers and rewards and customer service is atrocious, never again will I join BT and I will go down every road possible to cancel the contracts I have, first port of call will be the ombudsman.
