No email received for tech gift

Our broadband was activated on the 15th of August and we still have not received and email for our tech gift.

Not sure what to do, who should I get in contact with?

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Hi @tomjbutt,

Thank you for sending in your details. I'm sorry you haven't received the code to claim your free tech gift. I've passed on your details to my colleagues in the Promotions team and I've asked them to investigate. I'll post back as soon as I have an update.

The Promotions team have been really busy these last couple of weeks and its currently taken around 10 days for them to process any requests from the Community.
