No fitbit code email

Hi,

My broadband went live on 5th November and I still haven't received an email with the code for me to claim my free fitbit charge. Can anybody help please?

Hi @Rachg. Sorry you have not received your Fitbit code. As the 14 days since your activation has been completed please can you click on my profile and select the contact the mods option and send us in your details and we will be happy to chase this up for you.

I have received an email today with a code but when I try to redeem it the code says it's invalid?

Hi @Rachg I called earlier sorry I missed you. I just wanted to confirm that I have checked the code and it is the correct code. Please can you try again to order your Fitbit and post back and let me know if you are still experiencing a problem or are able to get it placed ok.

Yes, sorry, it's still not accepting the code. It says that the code is invalid or as already been used... something along those lines.
