No fitbit code

Hi, my broadband was up and running on 5th nov but I’ve still not received an email with a code in it so I can claim it. Just an email saying I will get the code soon

Just an update, I got sent a code but it keeps
Saying it’s invalid I’m

@Debham75 sorry about that have you followed these instructions when trying to order your Fitbit?

 

  1. Open a brand new browser – and clear your cookies. If you can't do this please open a new session in incognito (Google Chrome) or Private (Internet Explorer)
  2. Go to https://www.shop.bt.com/DRLNECAQ
  3. Add item to basket and then login to your BT Shop account – remember this is different from your BT.com account – if you don’t have one, create one when prompted
  4. In the checkout use your voucher when you see the “Got a voucher code” box, and your order will update (as shown below) to be free
  5. Complete your order
