I struggled with the code after I received it- there was no link in my email, and I tried ordering off the BT Shop site, and it would not accept the code. By accident, I spotted something right at the top of the email above the strap line that said 'view in browser'. If the email is opened in the browser, the link appears, which takes you straight to the BT Shop, and from there it is relatively straightforward. The order appears the same as the description on the shop site, but adds the date your account went live. It then accepts the code! Simples ! I don't think! The email SHOULD tell you to open the email in browser - it would have saved me hours of pain !!
