No gift / reward email

Morning, joined BT phone and broadband on 21/11/19.  Got the email saying expect your gift email soon......then nothing.  Two months in now, how is it best to progress this?

Hi Keith

Rang BT, got through to someone who said they could sort it. Got a text a few mins later (Thursday 30 Jan) to say successful claim, next contact anticipated within 5 working day.  Fingers crossed this has worked.
