I ordered fttp back in November for a December installation. This date has constantly ben moved due to the inability to do anything correctly by Openreach and today the engineer came to do the internal connection.
Everything was connected up but I have a red light on the ont box and he said its no light coming down the fibre (although this tested fine when the cable from the pit to my house was ran a few weeks ago)
Got to be the worst experience I've ever had with any company and now have to wait for todays engineer to report it back and someone else turn up whenever they feel like it.
Anyone else had similar issues?
