No overhead line?
Hi
I am looking at changing from Virgin to BT for broadband and TV but my overhead phone line (very slow copper) was disconnect many years ago. Will BT have to reconnect the overhead line or will they run a new cable in and if so at what cost?
Thanks

Re: No overhead line?
Depends, if the existing copper dropwire is OK , they will reuse it , if it’s no good , replace it , or missing , provide it , if FTTP is available a new optical cable provided and in most cases the old copper cable taken down, BT charge the same regardless of the situation.
