The BT website is showing my cancellation is complete (moving to a new house) but that I need to return equipment. This was organised last year and apparently 'packaging has been sent' however nothing has arrived? Is this simply an automated system?
It would only be sent to be recycled, which you can do yourself at your local recycling centre. BT have to offer to do it under WEEE regulations.
