No reward card available despite purchasing during £80 reward period

I purchased my broadband and TV package during the £80 reward card offer but it hasn't displayed in my rewards. I have seen many other posts here with the same issue.

if you have read the many other posts when did you order and when was activation date

Sorry I didn't receive an email notification that anyone had replied.
It was back on the 28th of June.
I called the call centre and was advised that the reward would be available after the cooling of period which has now passed. Still no rewards.
