No reward card showing in my account

Hello,

I took out a new package and my service was activated on 4th Aug. I was told to wait until today (9/9) to claim my reward card, but it's not there to do so.

How can I claim it please?

Hi @WoosMama83 welcome to the forum and sorry you are not able to claim your reward card. It should be showing as available to claim once your order is completed. The reward card once claimed would be arranged after 14 days have passed after activation.
Please check again after the 18th and if the card is still not available post back and we'll be happy to get the claim processed for you.

Hello, 

Thanks for your reply. My service was activated over a month ago and I was told it would be today that it would finally be showing  I was being told to wait since the 14 day mark.

I went with BT over other providers because of this incentive, so I would like to receive it before the cut off date.

Please can you help?
