No reward card showing - switched through switch in december

Hi

my broadband was activated on 23rd December after switching through Uswitch but my reward claim is not showing on my online BT account. Can you please let me know how to claim it.

Sorry you're not able to claim your reward. It can take up to 14 days after the order closes but if you're still not seeing it I'll drop you a private message and I'll look into it for you.
